Yep. Silly, meaningless reason to run a stock, but people will
be people. Somehow the "stock split" marketing trick still seems to
work after all these years.
Buffet one of the few to take the high road and not play head
games with his shareholders with stock split shenanigans. It should
be kind of insulting to shareholders once they realize how
meaningless it is (and also quite expensive for the company to
execute...so injury added to insult)

Except they released the B shares, so people that can't come close to affording one A share can still invest.
