Does it seem like there is hope A2Z stock can claw its way out the pit its in?  I have held some to about -85% but maybe it would be good to average cost down vs. dumping?

    The stock performance is as

The stock performance is as not doubt about it, I have a bunch of shares and I'm down nicely on them, been a drain mentally to see that. That said - I believe in the product, and it's why I went there to ask questions and check it out in person.  From what I gathered, they are now nicely set up for growth. If this is going to play out, I think this is the year it stars. The company hasn't been focused on supporting the stock price obviously. What they've been working on is getting everything into place, logistics, manufacturing, software, relationships.  I think they have 7000 ( I don't remember the number) of carts out there (mostly in Israel). They have a lot of orders in place to fill, but were waiting on version 3 to be completed (which is better and cheaper and modular) that version 3 is complete and they should be setup to starting sending these. And of course we want to see a lot of PO's start to come in. While they we looked at competitors (Caper, Amazon etc) the A2Z cart was vastly superior. Plus those carts are $5000 - $6000, trying to get local grocery stores to replace their 300 carts with those is an insurmountable cost for most grocers who have very small margins of 1 - 3%. Something like A2Z much easier to stomach being 1/5th of that and a few hundred initially.  And completely modular - you use your own existing carts and just fit the AZ components onto the cart in 10 min.

Self Checkout sucks - if you have more than a few items. And the shrinkage/theft has been a huge problem with these. From what I've heard, most stores are cutting way back on these and not planning to add new ones, and are starting to remove some of them

Some of the very cool things: customer logs in, they see all their purchase history, so if you want to go and just buy your last list etc, you can see what you bought. The carts have scales and computer recognition so you can't cheat the system.  let's say don't know where an item is, instead of looking like I do now and trying to find someone, just type in a keyword and you get a map of the store and how to get there.  coupons show up on the screen - I don't have time to cut and mess with coupons, but if it's on the screen and asks if I want to use it, sure why wouldn't I click on it. managers can see in real time heat maps of where their customers are spending the most time, and what they are buying and not buying. They get real time information on stock, vs waiting until the evening when the stockers find out. Being able to see a running total is nice - when I'm at the store with my son, we play a game of 'guess how much $ we have in the cart, whoever gets closer, because you don't know.  In the stores that have the carts - it's been reported that customers love them so much that if all the carts are out in the store, rather than just getting a dumb cart, they will wait in line one of the smart carts to be dropped back off, and reports of customers of other stores that don't' have them  going to the stores that have them

I think one huge potential is ad revenue. The company doesn't see themselves at a parts company, but a data company. These days it's all about data and ad revenue ( look at Google, Meta etc). With the nice big screens ads can be displayed and manufacture's may offer to pay for the carts if the store displays their Ads prominently - AZ would share the ad revenue 50/50 with the store - this could result in the smartcarts eventually being free or generating positive cash flow over cost from the ads

again no one should be invested in A2Z if you don't believe in this smart cart concept. And its a very speculative investment. Do your own due diligence, don't simply rely on things we say and don't simply follow what we do.
