I'm a very happy bear until valuations normalize and RE prices
crack. However, this is the kind of thing that keeps me from going
full Michael Burry (Big Short). There's always something so I keep
my positioning relatively neutral most of the time.

Monthly insider buying chart broke trend line last month with follow through this month, though month has a ways to go
