MSFT - IRS says they owe 29 Billion in back taxes! Usually
even large numbers don't phase these mega cap tech companies but
this would actually move the needle.

The initial candle on the news was over $4 but it pared losses
quickly....could be a good entry. That's a huge potential liability
(we could fund another Ukraine size war for a month or so, etc)
