Yep, strong dollar not good for the guys in the tall hats and coattails. It's pretty great for normal Americans though (up to a point). If we had a weak dollar and oil at this level, there would be much gnashing of teeth about inflation on all fronts. We've been insulated from inflation, relative to most other countries, because of the strong currency. I'm not feeling bad for McDonald's and their diminished profits yet.
