    $BPENER - Chart Link note the pattern on the OIH above the BPENER

    the BPENER has been consolidating in the oversold range - it hasn't turned up and crossed one of the MA's, however it's flattened along with the MACD.

    OPEX meeting this weekend so that will be a catalyst
