for fun I turned that A indicator to a system that buys when the
A shows up on the downside and shorts when it shows up on rallies,
It's not perfect, needs some filters, but overall most of the time
frames are profitable
here's a 30 min SPY, you can see the A from a few days ago
caught a long, and a 5 min UPRO from yesterday, and this morning,
the A's caught a few bounces. For the exits I just close on a
reversion to mean such as over a fast MA like an 8 MA, vs trying to
hold - which reduced risk vs trying to hold
here's some daily trade stats on that 5 min UPRO A system. Not
perfect but not horrible, 1 - 3 trades a day typically, some days
you have a losing day of 200 or 1000, but then you get a string of
nice winning days. Today would be up 1700.
again it's not a full fledged system, I simply converted the
indicator that draws the A's Amateur Hour , and buys or
shorts based on that, and closes on a move above or below the 7 MA.
no filters or other things added. I can add it to a 60 min chart,
15 min, 1 min, whatever

Hy Matt - I've been with BPT for 2-3years(Perhas more) I
appreciate the work you put into your systems trades and
indicators. I've been looking forward to your updates on
indicators. By the way, I dont know anyone that publishes
their historic trades and gives back view statistics like you give
with your systems trades. Looking forward to using your
updated indicators when you can release them.
