Matt, is a c move down still valid before pushing to those higher levels or is that negated after taking out the previous 4015 high on SPX?

Yes agree matt.... and thats why i positioned long on thursday. You also mentioned that is your favored scenario - made it easy to make a decision.
I was also heavy short on wednesday, no bias. Just following the trend
