For those familiar with gaps, this is a pretty big one, yes? What are the odds of pretty immediate (within a couple days) backfill when it's this big?
Well, best to wait and use Matt's 15 min rule. Short to be closed on new highs.
For better or worse, I just took some SPXS. If this is wave ii (in red on Matt's daily chart), it's going to be spectacular....

Right, I know that's now the favored count. Is red ii now out of the question as an alternative? I believe wave 2's (ii, etc.) can retrace pretty far.
A good spot if willing to scale or use as a hedge, etc. with the gap below. I'm looking to join you for some, starting small as usual.
