Do you trade ES systems using MES contracts? Is this how
stops can be placed? I haven't figured out what's involved to
do that yet. This year so far has not had mini crashes so so far so
good.....I have been trading same preplanned sized bets in IRA
successfully this year.
I trade ES, SPY, TQQQ, SQQQ, etc. using my own systems and
techniques. This is not a criticism of the systems per se. I think
Matt has the right idea of combining a lot of different strategies
and he certainly puts a lot of work into it, and shows success. But
you MUST be ready for the drawdowns. And some can be big. Or plan
to use stops. Trailing ATR and ParSar are good places to start your
research. You can google the many stop-placement strategies that
exist. Just my opinion.
