The machines - will kick our collective asses at trading when
they become truly ubiquitous. I'm not looking forward to it. I
enjoy my current job!
We're in a sweet spot right now. However, like airline
pilots, I don't think "trader" is a career people having kids now
will be able to pass onto their children. Programmer for either one
of those careers, yes..until the machines get smarter than us and
write their own updates...but not the actual careers as they are
today.

machines/computers should be limited in their time in the markets just like politicians---term limits
