no - there are bull diamonds and there are bear
diamonds.
generally there the top apex of the diamond is relative to the
bottom one tells you the bullish or bearish bias.
when the bottom apex is further to the right than the top on
(which that diamond below shows), it's bearish. When the top apex
is further the right than the bottom, it's bullish

Matt please write a book for Technical analysis lol. I only
learned this pattern through the CMT curriculum. Even John Murphy
and Martin Pring's books I don't think it's included.
