table shows the systems - on SPY ETF, 2nd but really the 3rd was
the winner. Slight loser on that 1st entry. For the options, 1st
and 2nd were losers, the 2nd only a slight looser of $50, could go
either way depending on your fills as I view that as noise. The 3rd
entry was the nice winner since we had 3 of them.
For ES systems there's actually 2 open systems, only one of
which I sent out. The QE will be closing, while the Strap will
hold. I'll go ahead and track that Strap to see how it closes, see
2nd image bottom right the two systems. ES daily bar doesn't close
until 5 pm EST
Sorry I'm confused, I thought 1st, 2nd and 3rd entries were to
add to the position and then scale out. Maybe its the same to
calculate that 1st and 2nd entry were losers and 3rd was winner but
am I missing something? 3 entries to average? Thanks.
piclez- The reversion to mean systems scale in, they do not
scale out - they go out all at once.
I give the trade signals you guys can pick and choose what
instruments to buy or short and how much.
for 1st entries I use the 1X ETF's like SPY and SH, for 2nd
entries I use SSO and SDS, and for 3rd entries I use UPRO and SPXU.
For options I show 1 contract for 1st entry, 2 for second, and 3
for the 3rd entry. For ES I show 1 MES contract for 1st entry, 2
for second, 3 for third entry. Again the idea there is that
2nd entries and 3rd entries have higher probability and so I want
to leverage up on them
go to the systems section for SPY and read the description AND
the FAQ, a lot of that is discussed already

To be crystal clear, the SPY system exited (did not scale out). The ES (SPX futures shorts) remain in place as of today.
Click on the Systems Tab above and you will see all entries posted (closed).

Cool thanks. I closed all mine out except one but bought a May 450 SPY call to balance it, also plan to accumulate the May 450 calls for a bit.
