oversold took a 2nd entry today.
I debated about weather or not to send that out. I didn't
send out the 1st entry. It's a 2nd entry, it's better than
the last entry on QE BTS, however as far as market I'm not sure
what it does here, I could see it doing anything from rallying or
making another low, in case we made another low some other system
would probably trigger and I'd send that one
