COGT - it is hard to understand that the person purchased the
1,000,000 shares during pre-market (!) at $9.25, according to the
All-in One Trading box entry. How could that many be
available at that price?

Ive noticed similar action in past on certain stocks after a
newsletter mention; they pop fast. Could be those fund Pros making
moves that follow BPT or just the market...
it's the chart being setup and ready to go - BPT is not moving
those stocks - wish we had that power. COGT $10 stock with avg
volume of 500K shares trading a day - it's not a penny stock
