you can see how those TICK extreme levels worked, earlier today
when price went over those levels price bounced off initially. Then
once that level was broken it became resistance and that opened the
door for a sell off down to the next zone.
as I've said before, when you break these levels the average
moves I see on the SPX is 15 - 20 points, which is a decent
