Hi Steve, just trying to follow on some of the analysis.
AAPL, sorry, I don't see the RSI 5 divergence, to me from the chart
it appears that the RSI 5 is still going up.
AMZN is down over a 1% - how does that equate to an inside day?
GOOGL also down on the day - maybe I am missing something
there?
hoek2 - a divergence occurs when price makes a higher high but
the price oscillator (in this case the RSI 5) does not confirm.
An inside day simply means that price traded within the
parameters of yesterday's range (candle). GOOGL price action
is NOT considered an inside day. When I posted GOOGL earlier
today the stock was trading higher - the market is dynamic.
What you're missing is an understanding of technicals (it
will take some time) and a timely view of price action when it was
posted. I suggest you refrain from overtrading until you have
a firm grasp of such concepts and a detailed plan in place
commensurate with your objectives and risk tolerance.

An
inside dayis a two-
dayprice pattern that occurs when a second
dayhas a range that is completely
insidethe first
day'sprice range. The high of the second
dayis lower than the first, and the low of the
second is higher than the first.
With AMZN up some 3+% yesterday and opening today below
yesterdays high, the move kept the stock above yesterdays low.
