And to add to those is anyone holding positions in gold, silver,
miners or ETF’s? I picked up some silver calls last week on
the dip. Seems to be holding the line
I hold core positions for the duration of the bull market. I
hold both longs and shorts on $gold (flat on aggregate) as we are
going to retest the trend line breached this week, IMO. I am long
$silver.
My working hypothesis is a low on metals (gold and silver) at
the end of this month or in early March. FWIW. 2018 might be
replayed this year.
I am holding a basket of silver and gold stocks and a small
basket of energy stocks as a counterweight. Given today's
action, the gold bug in me is nervous. A drop below 27.63 on
GDX will likely cause me to close most of those trades out.
