as I pointed out last Monday the breakout sub system went long
on ES, but didn't on the SPY version. That trade sent long at 3035,
and so is nicely profitable about 3077 currently on ES.
Also a higher low stop is now active at 3045.25, so roughly 10
points over entry which means the trade will make money no matter
what.
I show this because it's an example of how even though I have
the same breakout sub system on both SPY and ES, they do not do the
same trades, this time it triggered on ES but not on SPY. I
think it makes the most sense running both systems together for
averaging everything out and catching the most trades.
Again in the future I may send both trade signals for the ES and
SPY systems once I have the option data done.
Like the idea of access to the ES system as well; should up the
number of trades and make us feel like we are participating in most
of the substantial moves. Nice work on options too!
