yeah TS definitely doesn't handle very fast market selloffs well, like other programs such as ninja.  yeah don't call those guys if you are competent techie guy, you'll be on hold forever and they just tell you standard stuff, and many times you get some fluckie tech who knows 1/2 what you do. I'd rather pull teeth than call those guys

 Again best to reboot once a week to clear out stuff. Too many tick charts and even Renko charts will slow things down because they are tick based. If you've done some backtesting recently TS does not do a good job about cleaning memory out so gets loaded with crap until you reboot. You can also delete your cache files as sometimes a bug is in there. Also TS can get corrupted from time to time, especially if your computer hard shuts off while TS is open and can need reinstalled or have your last backup installed to fix the bugs that were created. Best to always make a backup from TS and keep that, will save your ass at times from having to reinstall everything. I also stay on 9.5, as 10 was just too buggy, however it's possible that they finally made version 10 Stable as I've been off it for a year, but my stuff works in 9.5 so I just stick with 9.5
