I bought SNBR stock before the trigger (accidentally), got worried yesterday when it went down and sold covered calls. Took my profits today.  Now I understand better how some of these trades may take awhile to go., particularly Reversion to mean trades. 

Your 401K Paint Dry system is better than having a managed all long account that charges 1% and does not adjust much for market conditions. 

I think there was a typo , I am not sure what stock he was referring to but it was not Mead Johnson, it is in one of the newsletters correctly. I do not have time to look for it now.
