refreshes, has down so for a long time, just adds extra refreshes
for no reason. Today could use that but once this is resolved
I think you should turn that off as it just adds unnecessary
load

I use a Chrome add-on called Super Auto Refresh, set to automatically refresh the page every 30 seconds.
