Some of the previous nice setups were more like BEING the fish
in the barrel. I don't think trading miners is particularly easy,
as Steve and Matt often attest.
Hopefully we'll get a washout today, volume was pretty heavy on
GDX yesterday, maybe a doji on high volume today. Just don't try to
catch a falling knife...
Another thing that would be positive would be a red to green
move where it's weak in the morning and closes up. A lot of
bottoms tend to form that way; start off weak in the morning then
reverse, NOT by starting off strong. Whenever I'm looking for
a tradeable low in something, I want to see it start off weak in
the morning not strong.
But this brings up a point, something I've learned over the
years. Never ever get over confident about trading, thinking you
master it and figured it out etc. A lot of traders get
superstitious but I can see why, because many times when I've been
over confident, look out, the trading gods come back and spank my
ass LOL. Never get complacent. Being serious for a min,
that's what happens, when you get over confident you tend to get
complacent and lose disciple and that's what comes back to bit
you
JNUG buy: that was so
