In strong trends the put/call can remain low and not be a
big factor - just like other sentiment measures can remain high or
low for sometime. Better to focus on price action first and
foremost and keep an eye out for extreme readings.
the lower it goes more bearish short term, however it hasn't
move much from where it closed yesterday. Yesterday it closed
at 0.83 so despite today's strong rally it's only dropped to 0.80.
remember it's a math ratio: put/call. When it's less then
1 means there's more call buyers and when it's greater than 1 more
put buyers, it's used as a contrarian indicator when it get to
extreme levels well above 1 or well below 1
