yeah nice trade, basically that sub system is a good description
name (exhaustion short), it was sensing that the market was too
extended in the short term i.e. exhaustion, and due for a
pullback.
This is a fast trade, it's likely going back flat today, was
looking for a quickie only
Hi Matt on the weekend newsletter you presented an exhaustion
trade for the 401K monthly system. Can you explain what are the
conditions for this type of trade on the monthly 401K
system?
it's the same as all exhaustion short trades - has to do with
price being above a short term moving average for X number of
consecutive days, like above an 8 SMA for > 22 bars or in this
case a 3 SMA for > 7 bars, long with an overbought %R and RSI
> X, etc. I have multiple variations where I change the MA
length, RSI, and %R
beautiful
ES Exhaustion short
