ES Exhaustion short

Interesting side note, as you know the 12 long sub systems and 11 short systems.  There are two exhaustion short conditions, which is basically a condition where the market is very extended in the short term and due for a reversion to mean pullback. None of these are triggering yet on SPY, however the Exhaustion short #2 is currently triggering on my ES version. Again don't take this trade as I don't communicate these to the website, however it's a pretty hard condition to hit, and I'm not surprised with how vertical the market has been that it's being met.

    yeah nice trade, basically that

yeah nice trade, basically that sub system is a good description name (exhaustion short), it was sensing that the market was too extended in the short term i.e. exhaustion, and due for a pullback.

This is a fast trade, it's likely going back flat today, was looking for a quickie only

    Hi Matt on the weekend

Hi Matt on the weekend newsletter you presented an exhaustion trade for the 401K monthly system. Can you explain what are the conditions for this type of trade on the monthly 401K system?

    it's the same as all

it's the same as all exhaustion short trades - has to do with price being above a short term moving average for X number of consecutive days, like above an 8 SMA for > 22 bars or in this case a 3 SMA for > 7 bars, long with an overbought %R and RSI > X, etc.  I have multiple variations where I change the MA length, RSI, and %R

    the 3 SMA for >

the 3 SMA for > 7 Bars is for the monthly chart?

    Ok thanks
