SVLT was an old spec fundamental play back in 2014 that had a
big move up over the following 18 months (the stock went up 7X). I
elected to retain a partial position and there is a pending exhange
offer on the table from another company.
SVLT shares are due to swap for Edison Power at some point when
Edison goes public. The agreed upon swap rate is at .46/share
of SVLT. I believe Steve has been on record telling SVLT
investors that his focus is on the new company Edison.
