Regarding PRTS, I personally scaled out in late December
and January to allocate funds to other stocks after buying the
pullback last fall. My actions certainly don't preclude the
stock from going higher but I really don't have any more input. My
recent focus on the fundamental plays has been on GV (sold), TRCH
(sold) and WEYL (holding). I did buy back a few ERI shares this
week.
SVLT was an old spec fundamental play back in 2014 that had a
big move up over the following 18 months. I elected to retain a
partial position and there is a pending exhange offer on the table
from another company. Please send me a private email and I
will send you information on that exchange offer.
it was definitely worth a trade off the 50 day MA since it
hadn't tested it in a long time. From a technical standpoint
does it go and make another high here, or instead form an ABC
pattern and go down again or triangulate are possibilities.
As far as the fundamentals I have not read up on it, you should
ask Steve.

What's your view on PRTS? Worth a buy near 50? However, it seems to be capped by 200MA, and 50 is below 200.
