otherwise that is a nice technical observation to keep an eye
on. Whenever a stock or index has had a strong move and has
been riding it's 9 EMA up (or riding it down in a downtrend),
whenever the 9 EMA is finally broken, price always always at least
bounces off the 20 MA, one could have a buy or sell limit waiting
at the 20 MA for a trade for example
