So here's what happened with the BPT MA Deluxe, one of my
settings for the 14 RSI bounce trade off 40%, the # of days was set
to zero, should be like 10. Anyway clearly my fault, not
yours. Anyway please watch the video as I describe how this
40 RSI trade works and why it should not be zero. It may
still be a bit hard to understand me as I'm dealing with a cold
thanks for the comments guys on the BPT MA Deluxe video, and
hopefully it gave some of you a better understand of that indicator
and the thought that went into it. That 14 RSI 40 trade I
discuss the logic for, it is a very simple concept but just makes a
lot of sense, it's not some weird back tested algorithm that you
can't understand. That's how all the logic is for the
indicator, I tried to simply add a lot of comment sense stuff.
I appreciate the update Matt. And thanks for the apology...I
think the members deserved it as I think many of us took some
trades based on that signal. Even so I don't think its time to
throw you overboard. Hope you are feeling better soon!
I'm new to this site, but noticed Matt mentioning that BPT MA is
an "indicator" - and should be used as such. That intraday
change from short to long was kind of difficult to understand, it
was against the (still) prevailing short term trend - and I didn't
do it. We're all human, mistakes happen, and with investing
and trading it is - ultimately - always the responsibility of the
trader. The person who owns the capital.
On the positive side, the preceding sell signal gave me the
confidence to take a somewhat larger short position than I would
have otherwise. The difference paid a lot more than the cost
of the subscription. Thanks, guys!

Hey Matt, I went long the S&P based on the false BPT signal, should I just dump out of it at this point?
