Are any other IB customers having trouble accessing their
accounts? I've been locked out for an hour on all accounts. I may
need to get a different broker. Obviously they can't take the
traffic.
Did you just apply for their new security feature? I did, and
I always can't log on b/c of it. What I do is close the login
window, and try to log on again. The 3rd try usually works for
me.
If it's not this reason, then I don't know why you would be
having problems. I hope it works for you.

However you get what you pay for, in my opinion, IB's customer service is about the worst I have seen and they are even rude at times on the phone.
