We had IT produce a new code because TS made some changes when
9.0 was launched and I am assuming you recently upgraded and that
caused the issue. Matt posted a new download link a while
back I believe but here it is again.

p_s_b, have you tried going to Format - Symbol - ('Scaling' tab)
- then uncheck 'Expand Range To Include Analysis Techniques' box
?
When that box is checked and you have indicators on the screen
that otherwise would be a considerable distance from the price
bars, these price bars are then only a small part of the overall
view, hence their "flat" perspective.
The problem your describing is what I believe happened when
Tradestation made a change to the platform that affected the old
code so I am wondering if something happened when you tried loading
the new code or if you didn't notice there was a new code.
Otherwise your right, phil, about the scaling but I would be
surprised if it didn't default appropriately, especially on a fresh
download. Give it a try PSB and email (PM) Matt or I to let
us know how it goes.
In the future unless you asking for feedback from other members,
this might be a message best sent directly to myself or Matt.
Otherwise the code we re-posted for the ATR Trailing Stop
(reflecting some changes TS made to the platform) is working fine
for me in 9.0 and carried over to 9.1 without any issues. You
can use the link below to try and re-load.

I tried the new code for TS 9.0. Is does not work. It changes the scaling on the chart so that the price bars are flat across the window.
Can you have your programmers look at it again.
