Right now there is no positive catalyst in the USA, Europe or
Japan that the markets can jump on that will fundamentally move the
markets up. Technicians talk of Bear bounces or rallies, that is
the best we can do it seems.
Do we need to wait for the next election for any kind of
leadership to emerge ? Ugh
Leno mentioned last night's B Day bash was $ 38,500 a seat and $
10,000 per photo with the President. I wonder how many average Joes
and Janes attended ?

I'll take a shot at this one and say they've got "one" more
bullet in the chamber...whether they call it QE3 or something
else....
I'll even go out on a limb and say they announce it right before
(but most likely right after) the jobs # tomorrow....I'll give it a
1 in 3 chance.....
