In-n-Out is quite popular here in SoCal. From what I remember
they have a build only what you can pay for business view, meaning
they'll only use the cash in the corp coffers to build
another restaurant, no loans for them. So, I wouldn't hold out
for an IPO there. Also uses Fresh meat, no
Freezers and cut their own fries on premises. They
have quite a following.
