The Japanese
government released a draft of a new Basic Energy Plan on Feb. 25
that declares the country's long-term commitment to nuclear power,
the Financial Times reported. The decision effectively reverses the
previous government's call to
close all of Japan's nuclear power
plants. Japanese Industry Minister Toshimitsu Motegi said the plan
still commits the country to reducing its reliance on nuclear
power. Japan will determine its "appropriate energy mix" at a later
date.

On the other hand, the breakout at 24ish on the reverse H &
S has a $28ish price target. Silver is up for its 10th
straight day which may play into your scenario.

Potential island reversal this am. And yes I do know that
it does gap up/down quite a bit. Just pointing out as people
are looking for a bottom in gold stocks.
What is needed for gold to rise is for the Velocity of the money
to turn up. Unfortunately, the banks are hoarding the money
to build up their reserves and not lending.

Breaking out from the reverse H & S that Matt had shown on his chart. Price target would be around $170-$175 or that gap from early Nov.

Finding a few interesting things:
1. DUST failed yesterday at 200 dma while the 50 dma was piercing it to the downside
2. dollar is breaking down out of a bearish flag
3.The HUI & GDX both made positive divergences yesterday
4. Many gold stocks also made positive divergences yesterday.
Something to keep an eye on.
That would suggest that there
