silver coin dealers question

Posted by cubby on 4th of Jul 2013 at 09:40 pm

It's still very early. However, one might slowly begin collecting information and evaluating precious metal dealers. The bottom is not yet at hand.

But whenever it does arrive will be too late to establish accounts and relationships, find trustworthy dealers, and so forth.

Say that one is interested in 1 ounce silver coins withOUT great numismatic premium, so one is able to actually spend them as real money.

Question: Where does one shop please?

Reply in thread or private message, whatever suits you.

Especially interested in hearing from actual account holders (read:customers) your own experiences please. Thanks! Smile

Apmex.com has a lot of coins,  premiums a bit higher, but can buy in smaller quantities.

Tulving.com has lowest premiums around.  Have bought from before. very good.

if you buy in small qty''s i recommend you give Franklin Sanders a try

    http://the-moneychanger.com/

I have used him and have sent many people to him.  I highly recommend him and his services.

If you buy in bulk, a cheaper option is tulving.com. I use them and have sent clients to them.

I have no affiliation or get no renumeration from either by recommending them.

500 ounces at a time, preferably in rolls or handy form

So not a small quantity. Let's call it a modest quantity, shall we? Cool
