What do these numbers mean? I'm sorry but still learning.

If I buy the options, notice at 3:46 is tough to pull off unless I’m sitting At my PC. I signed up for the texts but it came at 3:54. I’m not sure the quickest way to find out what exactly you are doing on the SPY trades until it gets posted in the table and that’s usually too late. I’m kind new sorry maybe I don’t understand how this works. It would be nice if my text just said buy the SPY option at strike 401 for October. Thanks for any guidance.

I'm confused about these suggestions and when, how to find these suggested trades. I go to look at the Systems tab, and the SPY trade tables but don't see anything in there regarding new trades. Maybe I am misreading some of your emails. I am new, sorry, but thanks for any guidance on how a specific SPY, ES option trades communicate out to us. I have read everything on the Systems section of the site, but still not fully getting it. 

When I get a text that there is a SPY and ES systems trade notification that it went back to cash, how do i know when to sell it? I received one at 7:18pm last night, but I go to the website and can't find where it's been sold....?
