I'm confused about these suggestions and when, how to find these
suggested trades. I go to look at the Systems tab, and the SPY
trade tables but don't see anything in there regarding new trades.
Maybe I am misreading some of your emails. I am new, sorry, but
thanks for any guidance on how a specific SPY, ES option trades
communicate out to us. I have read everything on the Systems
section of the site, but still not fully getting it.

Welcome dave... the systems trades are called out by email and
here on the board usually pretty close to end of trading day (i
have a 3:55pm reminder to check in case i'm not in front of a
screen). They are also posted on the website under systems but
sometimes it takes a bit of time so best to go by emails/board.. or
sign up for SMS notification for a few bucks more (worth it!). I
was a bit confused at first too but you'll get the rhythm of it.
The systems are great and well worth wrapping your head
around...
