Gold Futures - For what it's worth gold entering into a fairly
strong resistance area with the 200ma on daily charts at 1802
and even more importantly the 50ma on weekly is sitting at 1808.
Historically gold plays fairly well with the MA's.

This from Barchart - Losses in arabica accelerated Thursday
after the Brazilian real (^USDBRL) tumbled to a 10-month low
against the dollar. The weaker real encourages export selling
from Brazil's coffee producers.

Coffee down another 7% in futures this am, but looks like
bouncing a little off 150ish level. Has pretty good support around
150 level. JO may be worth a shot in here since near 200ma as

Gold had a spike around 1:30 this am and then gave most of it
back, then another even larger spike on PPI and has given all
of it back pretty quick, may indicate getting a little toppy in
this range. Has had one heck of a move past week
Posted by racerick on 15th of Nov 2022 at 08:58 am
The other day on that gap I put a Fib on the initial surge it
and it pulled back only to the 23%, today has pulled back to the
38% already though has bounced a little.
The problem I had with yesterday was that the release, though
not completely dovish, sounded much more so like some of the
parties who had agreed to it, weren't quite as hawkish and were
aware of ramifications it was having on other countries. It's was
almost like there were 2 different releases. If the release had
just come out and said what Powell said so start with I feel it
would have been more accurate.
