Hi Steve or Matt, can you pls explain the VIX buy and sell signals for the newbies here?  Thanks cos i'm trying to learn to read this right, i agree the markets are getting pretty stretched now.  would a lower vix signal mean to get ready to sell the spy?

Hi Kobie, thanks for posting your spy charts, ..is there anyway you can also show the horizontal line for date timeline to correspond with your spy levels.. I'm interested to see where spy may bounce off on this rally as it backtests some form of support.

I ve also read a lot of insider buying by CEOS of their companies and stock buybacks.  Do you think if SPX makes it over and holds over its 50 dma, it's more likely we are going higher?  Tks  Mel

Matt, it would help if you are specific with your DVTS and use numbers instead of first one,  higher one, esp for new members ; i think that will def help with confusion w lingo
