thanks Matt.. the cycles charts have always been a bit confusing for me.. is there anywhere to read up more on this stuff? Or perhaps you did an explanation video somewhere that I didn't catch? If not.. perhaps one day? 

Welcome dave... the systems trades are called out by email and here on the board usually pretty close to end of trading day (i have a 3:55pm reminder to check in case i'm not in front of a screen). They are also posted on the website under systems but sometimes it takes a bit of time so best to go by emails/board.. or sign up for SMS notification for a few bucks more (worth it!). I was a bit confused at first too but you'll get the rhythm of it. The systems are great and well worth wrapping your head around...

Thanks Matt… curious how long you will normally wait (time or % up) after the trigger before trailing up stops? 

If you were taking the options trade here would you take options with a delta of .4-.5 as you have mentioned in the past?

thanks matt, that's a helpful explanation... i ended up selling off both QE3 and Strap systems at the bottom of the channel and will consider re-entering the strap trade if the S&P moves back up the channel and it doesn't look to exit today as well.. don't mind double dipping if there's a reasonable opportunity ;)
