Maybe I should know these numbers but I don't so please help
educate us. What is the percent difference that makes a significant
symmetry break? What percentage of the time does a symmetry break
like this on the downside lead to a higher low?

Don't know about the need for a new ED drug but the big move in
the stock came last February on the advisory board recommendation
to approve their obesity drug. The FDA was to have come to a
decision April 17 but they extended their time to July 17.
It will be the approval or disapproval of that application that
is likely to be a big mover for the stock

I don't think you should put pending trades in a table. Your
communication includes an e-mail, SMS text if you sign up for it,
and the current trade tab.
ARNA is scheduled for an FDA decision by Oct 22 on Lorcaserin,
their obesity drug. The history of the FDA and obesity drugs isn't
great and there are lots of reasons to be pessimistic about their
approval of lorcaserin. The FDA can act before Oct 22 or they can
ask for more data and delay. If they approve it the stock will soar
but I wouldn't put all my retirement money on it.

AMLN goes to the FDA 10/22 for approval of their new diabetes
treatment. Would seem that any significant action would occur at
that date but it's an interesting stock to keep on the list. Always
hard to predict what the FDA will do but approval seems likely for
this one.

Of course with a biopharmaceutical it is very dependent on it's
drug development milestones. It jumped up in the spring on news of
their colorectal registration trial of perifosine and then on news
that they were accepted for abstract presentation as ASCO. It has
drifted down since then. It might be a good long term play but
these companies can drift for months until they complete trials,
present abstracts, or get FDA review.

If it isn't proprietary-do you have the sell set up the same way as you do for the SPY system
In other words, a buy signal triggers an EOD buy on the SPY and a subsequent sell triggers a market on open sell.
Did you run your statistics using similar rules for the /ES?

It isn't how it closes but how it opens that sets the settlement price for the index options. At least that's how I understand it.
