I agree the blame should be shared. But, no entitlement program comes close to the money that was wasted in Iraq. Waging a multi year war without paying for it dwarfs any other expenditure. As far as the blame game, if you don't learn, you repeat. The cause needs to identified as specifically as possible. The cause has little or nothing to do with social programs. People who believe that are drinking the Kool Aid, again.
