There is a possiblilty of a mechanical system buy signal today.   There will be resistance around 41.50  if it can get thru there.  A possibility of 43-44 exists.

From the Desk of Harvey Katz, Founder/Inventor of the Styrosolve Process
September 05, 2008

August 31, 2008
Dear Shareholders of Blue Earth Solutions, Inc.:

As result of recent health concerns, I have resigned my position on the Board of Directors of Blue Earth Solutions, but I do so with great confidence in what the future holds for Blue Earth Solutions.

For more than twenty years, I have led a team of dedicated researchers and industrialists in creating and implementing the uses of the patented Styro Solve Solution and Styro Solve System. This closed loop system to recycle polystyrene represents a unique, revolutionary, cost-effective, and environmentally friendly method of recycling polystyrene.  In recent years, with the cost of oil and other natural resources skyrocketing, the economic and environmental opportunities represented by the Styro-Solve System have never been more compelling.

Even as I have resigned my position on the Board of Directors, I continue to have an important role with Blue Earth Solutions. I am confident that the current Board of Directors  and Management will continue to advance the mission of Blue Earth Solutions, which is to make recycling polystyrene economically profitable and environmentally friendly through the use of the patented Styro Solve System.

The current management team has made immense strides in a very short time span.  The team’s insight into the marketplace and its understanding of the Styro Solve System as well as the actual implementation of the Styro Solve System into a physical recycling plant is remarkable. In 20+ years of working on the System I never thought a plant could be put up this quickly but this Management team has succeeded in doing so.

I look forward to a long and continued relationship with the current management of Blue Earth Solutions. To the management team, I say ”Job well done.”

Sincerely,
Harvey Katz, Ph.D.
Founder and Co-Inventor of the Styro Solve System
