Yesteday I read the frustration of the whipsawing being
received. Remember the trend is still up until it isn't, so
counter trend trading SRS, SKF etc. in and of itself is riskier
than awaiting a pullback in upwardly mobile stocks. SKF SRS
TZA all are still making new all time lows. A v shape
recovery is not very likely so have tighter stops and don't go all
in. The market will not go up forever and there will be an
intermediate correction which will put risk reward on your
side. So if playing the inverse funds be quicker than a
rabbit or just go with some of watch list stocks that have done
exceedingly well. On a side note, the 666 in
March may very well have been a generational low. Only time
will tell but we will get big corrections with plenty of time to
play the upside.

Keep eye on SKF in a while to see if it gets near the buy signal
today. Not close at this time however it became oversold
enough to work on it. Also notice volume lst 3 days ont
he decline is decreasing so could be a positive divergence
sign.

I spoke with Jim Cohen yesterday. He recently put $470K
into the company and is about to put more in. Most ofthe
selling is 144 selling. He seemed sincerely upset about the
stock price for the investors. He said the business model is
working. All family members working w/ the company are not
taking salary.

on the hourly is close to giving a buy signal. broke up
thru the 20 sma not seen since march could have legs but need to
keep close eye on it. also the 3 xing the 8 ema is close to
crossing the 13 ma on the daily also not seen since it crossed it
down in march. add this to the weakness in the banking
sector. the h/l indicator rolling over yesterday and the
overbought market .....maybe the skf could get some legs this
adventure

Or, what if all he is going to do is hint and we just don't get a QE3. Just my opinion we are close to a significant top.

Don't be too surprised if you awake one morning and find the market down 500 pts. This is nothing more than a FedFume funny money rally .
