there is a model that swaps gold and silver so when the ratio
gets above 60ish, historically that has been a good time to swap
your gold position for silver (if you still own it and of course
you wouldnt because matt and Steve have scolded us if we did not
listen to their recommendations
which, by the way, were pretty spot on
)

catching a falling knife. I am the expert of catching falling
knives (I have all the cuts to prove it) so just adding my 2
cents.
i have been watching this for weeks and am ready to bounce, i
think it just a bit early.
You can add RUSL to that list too (3x long russia)

which interest rates are you referring to?
The FED's charter is to control short term rates.
of late they have been indirectly controlling the long end via
QE. Without the QE one has to wonder where rates would be.
They are 80-90% of they buying market so simple economics says
rates would be much higher if they werent the buyer of last resort,
like they are.
But, keep in mind, if rates were to rise the service on the debt
would eat into the Fed budget which would force them to cut
spending (ya right), raise rates, or default. Now you see why Uncle
Ben is backed into the corner.

if you buy in small qty''s i recommend you give Franklin Sanders a try

I have used him and have sent many people to him. I highly recommend him and his services.
If you buy in bulk, a cheaper option is tulving.com. I use them and have sent clients to them.
I have no affiliation or get no renumeration from either by recommending them.

wouldnt this be a decent time to scale into an objective short on the Russel if one were so inclined?
I am not trying to pick a top so i could scale in here with a stop above the head or wait to reach the neckline and short then.
