Matt, what do you think about the Mike Wilson chart previously discussed currently.  It seems to me to not be playing out.... Is there something I'm missing?

Matt / Steve: Happy New Year.  Great newsletter last night!  To the point:  I'm struggling a bit with SMH.  I continue to see lower highs, lower lows and a price rejection this morning.  I'm short via being long puts, but in hind sight I believe  my entry was poor.  I was wondering if a comment could be made to read regarding your sentiment(s) with respect to the semiconductors. Is the John Williams talk watchable anywhere?

I agree with the analysis of $CPCE.  Yesterday, on Think or Swim, the $CPCE was 1.27 (3rd highest level for the calendar year.  Now, it has dropped to 0.74.  Admittedly, I remain bearish overall, but the prospect of the Santa Claus rally along with end of year corporate statements made to look good is bothersome!!  :-{  I follow the SMH closely and when looking at it on a 3 year weekly chart with volume profile, it looks to me to be up against massive resistance right now.
