Irrational market!
This market is completely irrational and dysfunctional. With the
Dow opening well beyond -200 and the SPX -30, much in due to gross
revision to the jobs numbers, to now see it in positive territory
is mind boggling given the data. This in my opinion is a selling
opportunity for longs and a shorting opportunity for the general
markets, speaking from a broader viewpoint. not a quick time frame
or day trade. I'm also considering PM's now.
Anyone and everyone, please chime in with general thoughts and
opinions.

Exactly!!!
Every trader has to take responsibility for his/her own trades.

Here are a few I am looking at this week off the weekly charts.
These are unconventional from BPT style but this market is highly
unconventional these past couple of weeks. Taking 25% positions,
some option plays.
Anyway all are Long except TTPH which is a short play.

Overall market direction? Who knows but here will be a couple of
my setups for longs and shorts whichever she goes...Im in once the
blue lines are broken and held on the close.

Would this be similar to the Dogs of the Dow rotation theory? Would be interesting to see a comparison.
Cheers

What did you ever do with the DHI short trade from Oct 23. Did you stop out of this after the move above 23.30.

Overall market direction? Who knows but here will be a couple of my setups for longs and shorts whichever she goes...Im in once the blue lines are broken and held on the close.
Longs:
AAPL
FB
Shorts:
BX
GT(already crossed)
MHR(already crossed but will wait for a retrace back towards blue line)
AAL(I have a call option in this already that is under water, if she breaks, I'll sell and reverse position)
These are just a couple of things I'm looking at...much more short setups than longs shaping up. Could be an interesting few weeks.

Been saving this chart for awhile. Interesting correlation with the $HUI:$GOLD price action along with the Williams55.
