Thank you, Michael. I was so upset when I read the xxniles
post that I couldn't calm myself enough to respond. I only
wish I could erase it before Matt sees it. Obviously some BPT
members signed on without any idea what a trading system is.
I surely don't want them to ruin it for us all. We could not
replace it!!
F.Y.I. - it wasn't just Tradestation that had the bad data -
Stockcharts for a while was showing the wrong close too - even
showed on the one-minute charts. Fidelity had it right.
Well, that was fun and I think I lost a few pounds. Can't
wait for tomorrow's close!

I, for one, will continue to follow your BPGDM GDX system even
if I don't initiate a trade using only this tool. I have been
trading using the 60 min. GDX:GLD 13/34/55 EMAs that you introduced
us to but I still look at the swing system as confirmation.
No method works all the time - I remember last year even your
long-term tool - the Mechanical System From 1961 - was whipping
around like it was a 5 min. indicator. But if you hung in
there, you would have bought the SPX at 1073. Just when you
think it is time to ditch a tried and true system, it throws you a
winner.

Thanks for putting the market in perspective. Helps to see
the forest through the trees, as the expression goes. I am
printing this for future reference.
