Nayan, clearly you didn't listen to the newsletters during the week of the downturn, since Matt & Steve were giving serious warnings about a downturn. I listened, went short, and had a hugely profitable week. (I had a few longs not work out, but who didn't?) If you are only referring to the SPY system, it doesn't get every move all the time. (I've traded a lot of automated systems, and they just don't work that way.) That being said, I totally get being frustrated. This market isn't easy to navigate. 

RGLD trying to bounce at its 50% retracement of the recent move up. 

Earlier today (I believe it was) Trump blamed the Fed and said that what they were doing (raising rates) was "crazy". It looks like we're becoming less and less tolerant of corrections. 

Ok, I just exited half of everything (which I managed to do while holding a squirming baby who likes to hit my keyboard and throw stuff.) Need to lock in something in case my wife asks. :) 

Guys, I'm thinking of trimming a few of my shorts here. Getting close to some short-term targets.

@ Buddha - HUYA & TRTC look decent (earlier posts, not mine), but I haven't been able to keep new longs for more than 15 minutes. :p  So for now I'll be sticking with shorts, and a few gold stocks.

This day probably caught a lot of folks off guard, so you're not alone there. It's great that Matt and Steve have been ringing the warning bell in the past few newsletters though. That helped me add some good shorts over the past few days, though I could have used a good rally to add some more. (You should see a few of the amazing shorts that I ALMOST got into! lol)

Took a short position earlier in the day on YUM. It's right at long-term resistance (see long-term chart), and just put in a bearish engulfing candle after yesterday's shooting star. 

My short on IR from last week seems to be turning out pretty well.

I did the exact same thing a couple of weeks back, Matt, except I went long what should have been a short. Kinda ruined the first few hours of my day.
